這天在大坑道附近辦些事,所以午餐得在摩頓台解決。我喜愛的麵包店週一公休,又不想走去大坑排隊等入座,反正肚子不餓,就來一份乳酪。

即興鰻重
可能天氣影響,一大早沒什麽胃口,也沒有精神去想午餐吃啥。突然看到某食家的部落格介紹鰻重,胃口便開了,立刻去尖沙嘴找鰻重。雖然香港是美食天堂,但其實挺難找有賣鰻重的日本餐廳。不是每家日本餐廳都有賣鰻重,就算有賣的都可能是令人乍舌的鰻魚粒/皮跟白飯。一直走,一直找,從外街走到内街,忽然給人塞了一張宣傳單張。瞄一瞄,有鰻重!鰻魚還被堆得滿滿的。我立刻登上升降機,按了22字,到了這所聞所未見的餐廳。

古早麵包,飽(一) — 金鳳
從小到大,我的生活離不開麵包。小時候,每天五點多,幼兒班放學後,我母親便會從辦公室趕回來,與我一起去買麵包吃。每次我母親都是買提子包,椰檳,或是紙包蛋糕(想起都覺得很悶...)。因爲當時,我父母給我吃什麽,我就吃什麽,所以我母親便認爲我很愛吃那些麵包。結果,現在,除了提子包還能接受外,後兩者都吃怕了,不再吃。不過,我還是喜歡吃麵包的,只是不喜歡吃有椰絲椰油,奇怪牛油味的麵包而已。
每天這樣吃,發覺麵包越來越不像麵包,是一個空氣團,是新式麵包店的“特色”。想必要到一些港式麵包店/茶餐廳,才能吃到真正的麵包。

俏皮畢業
畢業,可能是個可喜可賀的日子。眾畢業生盛“妝”打扮,左手握花,右手拿公仔,頸上掛著巨大的單鏡反光相機,雙腳還踩上幾寸高跟鞋,向鏡頭展示依依不捨的笑容。對我而言,畢業無疑是象徵著一個階段的結束,同時也是新階段的開始;但我總是對畢業沒有什麽特別的感覺。可能覺得將來的難題更多吧。
對我這個嘴饞兒,就算難題很多,我仍會繼續到處吃,畢竟人都要吃飯(找藉口^^")。這天,為了滿足味蕾,畢業袍還未脫,便與見證我畢業的母親一起吃午飯。

安慰
身為危胎級的芝麻癡,當然不能不為芝麻甜品介紹。只是相片太亂了,小妹一直懶惰,不想費心神去尋找。直到這幾天,回想考試的過程,笑也提不起勁,最終還是甜品讓我繼續奮鬥。這樣好了,有這個藉口去找相片,寫寫甜品。

彩虹蛋包飯
自認蛋癡,愛它的嫩滑,濃郁蛋香,還有讓人驚艷的流心蛋汁。基本上,什麽蛋菜式都喜歡。這天,心血來潮,突然很想念蛋包飯。而香港的蛋包飯質素參差,只有這裡弄的蛋包飯比較像樣,所以,相隔幾年後,再來回味一番。

三顧茶家

自從一次的嘗試,便開始喜歡上精品茶室,好讓自己放鬆一下。這裡,久仰大名,一早就計劃找個不下雨,太陽不猛的日子來試試看。可惜,先前兩次特意爬過來(很多斜路樓梯),遇上了内部裝修和公休日子。(星期一,二休息)今天,有事去了中環,活動完結後便想到這裡看看,這次終於成功品嘗到茶家的滋味,可謂“三顧茶家”。
| 今天是什麽日子? 由威靈頓街走到這裡,有不少私家車泊在路邊,更多的是值班警察。 大家都是特意來到這美食區輕鬆一頓....現在這樣子,唯有將罰款當為食費吧... |

Pizza with Butterflies

Being interviewed is always a great honour, but also a huge pressure. Today, I suffered from the over-anxiety due to the interview in the afternoon, which actually wasn't as important as I thought before.
Mum suggested to go to the Festival Walk for lunch, and I would go to the University myself to have the interview.
As there was no queue outside Pizza Express, unlike the one nearby, we quickly sought for seats in Pizza Express.
It was the first time to have lunch near the open kitchen, though we had already dined in here for many times. I was quite delighted about it since dishes could be delivered as soon as the chef was ready to send out them. =) (Hot and fresh dishes usually taste better, except those iced desserts. )

現在,只要在街上留意附近的餐廳,便會發現很多專賣吉列食品的日本餐廳(當然不及日本拉麵店多),尤其是在尖沙嘴,中環,銅鑼灣。其中,比較爲人熟悉的莫過是とん吉和老牌店銀座梅林。坦白說,小時候,小妹不好炸物(只因父母不准,而且身體不好,一吃便咳),對吉列食品一無所知。直至一兩年前,嘗過被很多人推為全城最佳的とん吉,才對它改觀。(甚至有朋友說,你吃過它之後,再不會想去別的。)聽説,吉列豬扒飯是日本媽媽在孩子考試前常準備的便當。因爲在日語中,吉列豬扒和勝利的日文是一樣,都是かつ。吃了吉列豬扒,寓意考試勝利。所以,爲了快將來臨的選修科考試順利,便計劃再來
とん吉吃份吉列豬扒定食。
