Homemade Alfa Alfa Sprouts Salad

14th May,2012

Mum brought a pack of organic leaves from a course which taught about organic cooking. She'd already had 3 bowls of these leaves and left some for me. ^3^

It is not a plate, but is a bowl.
There should be more leaves than what  we see...

"Extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey was added when the teacher taught us, and served with avocado, fig paste and toast." mum said.

Maybe we put the first three ingredients only , as we didn't have the other ingredients. Yet, I just  remembered that the manuka honey was put in the fridge. I couldn't wait it to be softened, so no honey was added.

For this portion of Alfa Alfa sprouts, simply drizzle about 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil (use olive oil will be okay, and try not to use other oil as the flavour will be weird ), 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and mix it.

Hmm, it's like a messy stuff..... ^^'"  Definitely, you can clean it before being served. (I just couldn't wait to eat....)

You may add some pine nuts or flax seed to make the whole dish more chunky.

P.S. Sorry for writing in English and sorry for the typo and mistakes. T T . To be honest, it's a lot faster for me to type English...^^"
